Jim Coplien

Jim Coplien is the founder of the Pasteur Organizational Patterns project, which was the foundation for the Borland QuatroPro for Windows study that inspired Jeff Sutherland to include daily stand-up meetings in Scrum. This work was also one of the main foundations underlying the organizational principles of Extreme Programming. In a former life Cope is best known for his design and programming books such as Advanced C++, Multi-Paradigm Design, and the pioneering two books of the PLoPD series of edited works. He is also one of the founders of the pattern discipline, and he is the Product Owner for the Scrum patterns effort at ScrumPLoP. His book Organizational Patterns of Agile Software Development Is the most authoritative work on Agile foundations today. His newest book, together with Gertrud Bjørnvig, is Lean Architecture for Agile Software Development. He works with Jeff and Ken to keep the Scrum Guide up to snuff. He is a partner with Gertrud & Cope in Denmark, with Scruminc, and also with The Scrum Foundation.”.

Arik Diamant

Arik Diamant is a Public Speaker, an Instructor, a Product Consultant and an Agile Coach.
He started out as a self-taught C++ programmer in 1998 and worked his way through the industry in roles such as Real-Time Programmer, Development Team Leader, Product Manager. He has worked in both startups and large enterprises, and on two occasions managed startups of his own. Arik is a keen follower of Agile and Lean methodologies, and applies them daily at surprising contexts. Eclectic by nature, Arik’s passion is helping companies create great software without pain.
Arik holds a BA in computer science from Tel Aviv University and a is a certified Product Owner and SAFe Program Consultant.

Ricardo Mestre

Ricardo Mestre is an Agile Coaching and Kanban Trainer with vast international and multicultural work experience, looking forward to sharing his knowledge in his courses and consulting.

Ricardo Mestre worked as an Agile Coach in HERE Technologies (formerly a Nokia company), and Microsoft.

He has 20 years of work experience in Software, in Portugal, Netherlands, and Germany.

He is an Agile Practitioner since 2007 – started with Scrum, later added Kanban and LeSS to his toolset, and is now on a daily journey to become a better Agile Trainer and Consultant every day.

He is a co-founder of Ricardo J Mestre Lda, which has helped companies such as Luxair, Shopify, Vodafone Cairo, Allianz and the Bank of Georgia to become more Agile.
